Abstract:
The Present work aimes to Fish meal hs become an important ingredient in the formulation of feeds for some animals, especially poultry (gomez et ai., 1958) fish meal incorporated into animal feeds is also a very important support to the economic asoct of animal raising The biochemical constituents targeted for being fiqured out are ,amino acids, essential and non-essential amino acids. oll content, fatty acids, saturated and unsaturated fatty acids composition as well as sterols in the un-saponified portion of fish oil. So, this study is intended as a auide for animal diets formulation, protein and amino acids ’extraction, oil and fatty acids extraction, as well as the possibilitv of manufacturing such of fish by-product.
