The objectives of the present work were : Nutritional evaluation of berseem cultivated alone or with barley, Fattening calves on complete rations containing high levels of poultry litter and poor quality roughages., Fatting calves on rations containing poor quality roughages treated with H2 S04 followed by anhydrous ammonia.
