Properties of pectin in specified plant material and in extracts of this material\

My study is concerned with properties pectin in Speacified plant material and in extracts of this matertial. this study may lead to a better use of pectin and may also give useful information on the structural features of this material. in Chapter 2, the literature on pectin researcne is reviewed. chapter 3 presents the experimental part of this thesis, chapter 4 comprisses the results and the discussion. the last chapter 5 summerizes the results.
