Studies On Microbial Protein Production

The aim of this work is to study the possibility of poultry manure as nitrogen source for growing yeast strains to possess high protein. Also to investigate the optimum concentration each of poultry manure-nitrogen and supplemented carbon source for propagation of these yeast strains.The evalution of the nutritive value of the resulted yeast as poultry feed is another approach, that can provide a new source of concentrated animal feed, thus copensate the shortage of such feed in Egypt.
