Abstract:
The urgent need for super protein of high biological values for human pull the attention to intesfy poultry farm even in the desert . but fresh drinking water in some desert area is very dear. The under desert ground water which has to be drinking water in many cases contains variable perecntages of salts and suitable water quality is pre-requested. Water is essential for the normal actvities of the body. It is a basic substance of of the blood and the intercellular fluids which acts in the transport of nutrients. Metabolites and waste products to and from all cells of the body . Because of its high specific heat and its evaporative properties, water is a most important regulator of body temperature. WAter also help to maintian homeostasis by partcipating in reactions and physiological changes which control PH.It is of special important to find out the effect of different ievels of Nacl in drinking water on egg type layers and to pave the way to get benfite from using under desert ground water.
