Abstract:
The main objective of this investigation was to study the effect of Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) at different levels (0.0, 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 ppm / kg diet) on some productive and reproductive traits, heritability estimates, develop biochemical genetic markers associated with genotoxicity of AFB1 as detected by electrophoretic patterns of protein and some isozymes such as Glutamate Oxaloacetate Transaminase (GOT) and preoxidase and elucidate molecular genetic markers by PCR technique related carcinogenicity of AFB1 in Japanese quail. - the relationship between chemical components of the some potato varieties and their resistance or susceptibility to infect with soft rot disease.
