SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONFiled experiments were carried out at Diarb Nigm Farm, Sharkia Governorate to investigate the effect of different tractors and agricultural machines traffic on soil compaction during land leveling and harvesting operation of rice.The objectives of the present work are as follows:1. Investigating the effect of tractors and agricultural machines traffic on soil compaction in terms of soil bulk density and soil penetration resistance.2. Investigating the residual effect of compaction resulting from the use of tractors and agricultural machines at different soil depths.
