Epidemiology and Physiology of Erysiphe Graminis F. SP. Hordei Causing Powdery Mildew Of Barley In Egypt

This investigation was carried out to survey powdery mildew of barley in Egypt , to identify physiologic races of the causal organism , and to study the effect of meteorological factors and different fertilizers on disease incidence . It was also aimed to investigate the host range of the fungus , varietical reaction and the biochemical changes associated with the resistance to this disease .
