Abstract:
The cuitivable area in Egypt is restricted, thus reclamation of new area is necessary. most of promising lands in egyypt are situated either near the mediterranean sea or in the desert. in the former region it is mostly saline soils. that require looking for wats and means to improve plant production from salt affected soils.
