Studies On Assembly Of The Bacillus Subtilis Bacteriophage Ø 29

The Purpose of this work was to develop In Vitrd complementation as a model system for studying the role of gp 13 in phage assembly. Consequentily, the correction of the location of the function of gp 13 in the pathway was investigated. In addition , the evidence that 11- , 12- particles are true intermediates in Ø 29 assembly was confirmed.
