Studies on Root Rot Disease of Soybean in A.R. E

Studies were made on the production of pectolyic and celluloltic enzymes by different isolates of R. Solani ,furthermore the effect of fungicides on the activity of these enzymes in the fungal filtrate and tissues of soybean hypocotyl was investigated. Chemical control and variatal resistance experiments were done under filed conditions in order to determine the best fungicide to control the causal oraganisms and the best variety resist the disease.
