Abstract:
This Investigation Was Carried out To Study The Following: The Effect Of Radiation pasteurization On The Physical, Chemical, Microbiological and histological prperties of camel meat during storage either at room. The Effect of cooking, CTC antibiotic and propolis antioxidant followed by irradiation, as well as the effect of single and split doses on the mentioned before properties.
