Abstract:
The Present Study Was Conducted to Investigate the following: Effect of kind and Source of bones on its extractable Fats and oils.to study the effect of method of extraction on the yield of bone fats. to evaluate the produced oil and study the effect of method of extraction on the chemical and phsical characteristics of the bone fats. To Evaluate The produced by products inculuding gelatin and bone meal.
