The Present work was undertaken to study the cytochemical effect of broad bean(Vicia faba) treated with colchicine and rhizobia (Rhizobium Leguminosarum)treated with either one physical agent(UV) or one chemical mutagen (EMS). for this purpose, two broad been varieties, a local one (Giza I) and an entry one. (pakistoni), were used and inoculated with local ihizobial isolate fromthe roots of the variety giza I.
