Studies on some Cotton Diseases in the A.R.E

Stduies were carried out on the effect of the infection with rhizoctoniasolani kuhn on carbohydrate in the root of cotton seedlings and with fusarium oxysporum sch, vasinfectum (Atk.).on the contents of nitrogen, vree amino acids and carbohydrate in roots, stems and leaves and the contents of phenols and pigments in leaves of different cotton cultivars. the effect of seed treatment with systemic fungicides on these chemical coposition was also studied.
