The Effect of Roughage Level on Growth and Carcass Composition of Rabbits

Two experimements were carried out using ciover or hay alone with 20, 40 and 60 % of roughage replaced by concentrates in case of clover or with 25,50 and 75 % in case of hay with the aim of studying . the effect of using rations with different combination of clover and concen trates on growth and performance of growing flemish giant rabbits. The effect of using rations with different combination of clover hay and concentrates on the growth and performance of growing Giza white rabbits. The effect of using these different combinations of clover or hay on meat production such as dressing percentage, quality of caracas and the influence of plane of nutrition on the composition of the meat.
