Abstract:
Stusy the effect of feeding ad libitum citrus pulp silage and concentrates which contain two different types of fatty acids on the composition of milk with special reference to fatty acids of milkfat and blood serum of goats. The chemical and organoleptical properties of butter and the effect of storage on butter were taken into consideration.
