Studies on Crown Gall Disease in Egypt

in the present work ,we were interested toin studying wheiher or not these tests were applioable for detecting potentially , hazardous phytopathogens, such as crown gellbacteria,positive results encouraged us to make use of this genetics approach in analysing some aspects of host-parasite relationships . moreover,the possible correlstion between the important microiological characteristics, lysogeny patterns and antibiotic sensitivity of bacterial isolates and their host renge was also examined.
