Abstract:
This work Investigate the effect of different concentrations of kinetin, gibberellin, ethephon and - irradiation doses on the growth, flowers, corms and corms and yield, sprouting of harvested corms, chemical composition as well as flower differentiation and development stem apex of gladiolus. the relationship between differentiaion and development of the stem apex, as well as, the other morphological features and the biochemical changes within the plant had been studied. the method and date of application of the growth regulators under study had been studied, aiming to clarify the best ones leading to better growth, flower quality as well as corm and cormels production of gladiolus.
