Microbiological Changes In Desert Sandy and Calcreous Soil Of The TAHREER Province With YEAST Of Cultivation

Reclmation of soils at tahreer province, northern and southern sectors, includes the cultivation of certain crops in a certain rotation following the addition of organic materials and provididng water for irrigation. the successful reclamation of these soils is accompanied by changes in the physical, chemical and microbiological properties of the soil The object of this work was to follow up the changes in the important groups of soil microflora in these soils as a function of time from reclamation. Changes in organic matter, total nitrogen and carbonates were also followed.
