Utilisation of Maize Cobs And Stialks For the Production Of Yeast

The Present Study is an attempt to prove that maize cobs and stalks could be mpre advantageously used for cultivating yeast. For this purpose it is of primo importance to find suitable, efficient strains of yeaste able to utilise the nutrients provided by maize cobs or stalks to the best advanatag, besides establishing the optimal conditions for obtaining high yields.
