Abstract:
It was the aim of this work to present data to deminstrate the superiority of peanuts as a nutritions food, to investigate the possibility of introducing some of their known products into the Egyptian diet, as well as to use them in the development of new food products which may prove acceptable locally from an economic and nutritional point of view. Peanuts are producted on large scale, in the U.S.A., India, Senegal, Nigeria, China, Indonesia, and West Arica 41.
