Abstract:
Investigate the interaction effect between soil microorganisms and the roots of common bean and tomato plants. - Microbial studies of soil and rhizoephere including total microbial flora and some specific organisms of major importance in soil fertility such as sporeforms, actinomycetes fungi, Azotobacter, clostridia, aerobic cellulose decomposers, and anaeropic cellulose decomposers. - Determination of some important organic substances in soil and rhizosphere including sugars, organic acids, amino acids, and growth regulators.
