Abstract:
The Present work aimes to Fermentation capacity of caecal contents was tackled in the present study from different points of view. it comprised three parts. was concerned with optimal conditions for in vitro caecal fermentation to clarify the suitable dilution, p11 and level of substrate. was concerned with compartive rumen and caecal fermentation as judged by in vivo chemical composition amonia nitrogen and volatile fatty acid concentrations together with in vitro not growth of caecal and rumen microorganisms.
