Abstract:
This work was carried out with aim of having more information of fertilizing tomato with mineral N and organic N concerning the following .Tomato fruit yield response to different N sources added at different rates. ntrogen distribution frequensies and their impact on the dry weight of vegetative parts, i.e. roots. stems, leaves and yield production. the action of nitrogen concentration on the final production and plant uptake of N,P and K in triel for selecting the proper nitrogen concubation leading to maximum yield production . a D- Apart of this study will be devoted for evaluating tomatoes N use efficiency, which is usuaily reffered to the relationship between yield and N rate (yield efficiency) and N recovered in plants and N rate (N recovery efficiency)This information could be heLpfuL in promoting a more efficient use of N fertILIzers and to improve yieLd and quaLity which may in turn reduce both production costs and possible contamination of ground water !
