Abstract:
Controlling all wastes of water during its conveyance, this can be fulfilled by applying the proper quantity and frequency of irrigation practices in accordance with soil properties and climatic parameters, avoiding moisture stresses at critical stages of plant growth. This requires a better knowledge of evapotransspiration rates and water regime of the crop. Therefore, the objective of the present work is to implement some of these formulae in computing water consumptive use of wheat and fodder beet under desert conditions.
