Some Environmental Studies on Fresh Water Fish

The increasing of fish production in Egypt is feasible through the developments of fish farming . The consumption of fish in Egypt per annual rate increased from 4 Kg per capita in 1981 to 8 Kg per capita in 1993 ( General Authority for Fish Resources Development,1993 ). Fish production should be population but also to improve the present low consumption per capita.In the recent years , there has been much inerest in the possibility of using various unconventional protein sources as a replacement for fish meal. Protein, vitamins and minerals considered the most imprortant components of mixed fish diets. their qualities and quantities have decisived influence on the growth rate of fish. This study aimed to investigate the effect of improving concentre diets by addition ish meal, vitamins premix and carboxyme thylellulose on growth performance of nie tilapia (o. nitoticus )and common carp (c. carpio L.) fish types.
