Studies On The Crown Gall Disease Of Some Solanaceae Plants

This work aimed to study the following: Disease survey in order to detect and calculate injuring resulted from infected different plants in ARE. Isolation of the causal organisms of crown gall disease and it`s identification thoughout various bacterial character including morphological properties, cultural appearance, biochemical tests and its biotypes. The pathogenic capability of the different isolates of Agrobacterium tumefaciens .The host range of the tested isolates.
