An Attempt For Producing Callus from Tomato Plants Resistant to Salinity

The purpose of the present investigation is; an attempt for producing callus from tomato plants resistant to salinity, through establishment of callus culture of tomato (supermarmand cultivar), direct selection of salt tolerant tomato cell lines and regeneration of plants from tomato callus culture.
