Technological And Chemical Studies on Some Fishes from Fish Cultures

The present study was planed to investigate the quality of cultivated fish from some fish farms,the suitability of such fish for human nitrition and the best way for their processing .moreover the study aims to detect the hazard of consumung such fish, if any,on public health. the study may lead to a better use of fish farming and may also give useful information on the technological and chemical features of cultured fish composition especiallytheir content of heavy metals and contaminaition by dangerous microoraganisms which result from pollution in some cases, by human offals.
