This work was studied the Effects Of Heat Treatment On the Yield And quality Of Domiati Cheese Made from These Mils Were Also Studied. Meanwhile Some Trials Have Been Done To Overcome Some Of The Unddesirable Side Effect Of Cold Storge Of Cheese Milk On The Resultant Domiati Cheese.
