The present study was carried out to investigate the following: Evaluation of different media for baker`s yeast enumeration, and the effect of increasing media ingredients on yeast growth. The effect of rehydration solution and temperature on baker`s yeast cells and its activity. A comparison between two emulsifiers to specify one of them to be used in Egyptian plants for ADY production.
