Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is often accompanied by executive function deficits and functional alterations in sensory integration. This research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a behavioural program based on sensory processing in improving certain executive functions in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The study followed a quasi- experimental case study design. The sample consisted of a girl aged 3 years and 10 months, diagnosed with ADHD, with an average level of intelligence (74) prior to the intervention. The research tools included: subtest of the sensory profile (Dunn, 2014, translated by current study), the Stanford-Benih scale 5th Ed. (Abo El-Neil, 2011), and the training program (prepared by the researchers). The findings revealed the effectiveness of the sensory processing training program, which included training in visual perception, attentional, movement, body position, conduct and the social emotional related to sensory disorder, in improving certain executive functions in the child with ADHD. The findings showed an improvement in certain executive functions among the child with ADHD after implementing the sensory processing program in favour of the post assessment. The results also revealed the continued effectiveness of the program in the follow-up measurement conducted two months after the program ended.
