Abstract:	This study aimed to assess the awareness and practice of radiological technicians regarding occupational hazards and safety measures at Zagazig University Hospitals. The study was conducted at the radiation units of Zagazig University Hospitals, Sharkia Governorate, Egypt. A convenient sample of 140 radiological technicians from the above-mentioned setting. Two tools were used for data collection: Tool (I): a self-administered questionnaire for assessing demographic characteristics, awareness about radiation hazards and safety measures, and work-related health hazards. Tool (II): an observational checklist for assessing compliance with safety measures practices.
