The study aimed to diagnose symptoms of attachment Injuries and low Forgiveness among a married female graduate student at the College of Education who had experienced attachment Injuries resulting from online infidelity. The study utilized psychometric and clinical diagnostic tools, integrating them. It also implemented a therapeutic program and monitored its impact on resolving attachment Injuries and enhancing in the case study. The study was based on the clinical approach and the qualitative approach (case study). Using a personal interview questionnaire, indirect clinical observation, the Sachs Sentence Completion Test, and the Thematic Apperception Test for Adults (TAT), in addition to the attachment wound and Forgiveness Scales, and an emotion-focused therapeutic program as a therapeutic intervention tool. The results demonstrated congruence between the psychometric and clinical tools in diagnosing symptoms of attachment Injuries and low tolerance. The results also showed that implementing the program helped the case resolve attachment Injuries and enhance Forgiveness for those Injuries. Furthermore, the positive effect of treatment continued after the follow-up period. The study concluded by presenting some recommendations in light of the achieved results.
