Research aimed to reveal the relationship between love patterns according to Sternberg's model and marital satisfaction among teachers, as well as reveal the effect of some demographic variables such as gender (male-female), financial level (low-medium-above average), and identify love patterns predicting marital satisfaction among the research sample, and reveal the personality dynamics of teachers with negative love patterns who are low in marital satisfaction. The research relied on the descriptive and clinical approaches. The psychometric research sample amounted to (238) male and female teachers whose ages ranged between (28-59) years with an average age of (40.51) years and a standard deviation of (9.21) years. The clinical research sample consisted of two extreme cases of female teachers (a case with empty love and low satisfaction The marital status, and the case of complete love with high marital satisfaction) were selected from the psychometric sample according to their scores on the love and marital satisfaction scales. The psychometric study tools were applied to them, represented by the love and marital satisfaction scales (prepared by the researcher) and the clinical study tools, which included the diagnostic interview form (prepared by Hassan Abdel-Moati 1998) and the subject-understanding test for adults (prepared by Murray and Morgan 1935). Using appropriate statistical methods, a set of results were reached, the most important of which are: the presence of a statistically significant effect at the level (0.01) for the variables of gender and material level and the interaction between them on the dimensions of marital satisfaction and the total score in favor of males and high material level, the absence of a difference between males and females in love patterns among teachers, the difference in marital satisfaction according to the love patterns among teachers, and some love patterns predicted marital satisfaction among teachers more than others, such as complete love, empty love, foolish love, and no love. Results of the clinical study showed a psychological structure disorder among teachers with low marital satisfaction and an empty love pattern, as well as the presence of a set of latent unconscious factors.
