The current research aims to reduce the feeling of some psychological disorders associated with PCOS (anxiety - distorted body image - frustration) through acceptance and commitment therapy. To achieve this goal, the research was conducted on a sample of (6) university students with PCOS in the Faculties of Education and Early Childhood at Zagazig University, with (1) female students from the Faculty of Early Childhood and (5) female students from the Faculty of Education, their ages ranged between (19-22). years with an average age of (21.16) and a standard deviation (0.408), and after applying several measures prepared by the researcher, including the anxiety scale, the body image distortion scale, the frustration scale, and conducting the treatment program with acceptance and commitment, the most important results resulted in the effectiveness of the treatment program with acceptance and commitment in reducing some disorders Psychology associated with polycystic ovary syndrome (anxiety - distorted body image - frustration) among university students, and its continuation of its effectiveness after the follow-up period, which reached a month and a half.
