Further studies on Damping-Off And Root-Rot Of Lentil Plants Under New Reclaimed Soil Areas

This work was aimed to study disease prevalence and severity, causal organisms and some factors affecting the disease incidence such as temperature, level of humidity and irrigation intervals . The relationship between the causal pathogens and toxin production was also studied . The effect of biogas production of some decomposed plant residues on the pathogenic fungi was undetaken.On the other hand , the biological control of the disease in relation to plant nutrition was also investigated under both green-house and field conditions.
