Effect of some Agricultural Treatments on Growth and Active Ingredients of Brassica Alba, L.Plant

The seeds of white mustard produce mustard powder which act as astimulant to gastic mucosa, increase pancreatic secrtion. the powder is useful as a home remedy, emetic for children, and valuable in treating poisoning, Claus et.al. (1970) .The aim of this study is to throw more light on this promising plant through studging the effect of different soil types combined with different microelements, viz.zinc, manganese and iron to reveal the suitable treatment for the higfuest production of white mustard seeds with the maximum active ingredient.
