Response of Banati Grapevines to some Hydrogen Cyanamide Treatments During Dormant Season

The present investigation was outlined to study the effect of hydrogen cyanamide applied at different concentrations and different dates on 1-year-old wood of banati grapevines during the dormant season after winter pruning. The effect of tested treatments on the vine phenological phases (i.e. time of budburst,flowering and fruit ripening) was studied. In addition, yhe effect of tested treatment on bud behaviour (i.e. bursting and fruitfulness percentages) was evaluated. Morever, the yield components(i.e.numder of bunches, bunch weight and yield per vine) as fruit quality were taken into consideration.
