Abstract:
This work was planned aiming to produce Bougainvillea glabra var sanderiana as apot plant by studing the effect of indole butyric acid (IBA cutting material B-Nine and photoperiod on rooting growth and flowerinng of Bougainvillea glabra var sanderiana under greenbous conditions as a pot plant according to Bannochie and Poulton (1979)Bougainvilleas are woody, tropical and aub-trobical plants, mainly climbers, which excite anyone who sees them in full bloom as they are truly spectacular with their brilliant massed colours which last for many weeks Many varieties make excellent pot plants if their cultural demands are properly understood.
