Abstract:
This investigation was carried out to produce some microbial lipases from different fungi and yeast and using the resultant enzymes in some industrial applications . so,the aim of the present work in details was:1- production of lipase by using Aspergillus niger MIRCEN 147, Penicillium chrysogenum MIRCEN 104, Aspergillus fumigatus DSM 819 ,Penicillium roqueforti Mircen 208 ,Rhizopus nigricans MIRCEN 101 ,And Saccharomycopsis lipolytica MIRCEN 26 and effect of different media, incubtion period, incubationtemperature, PH-value, different nitrogen, carbon and fatty sources and citrate salts on the production of enzymes.2- partially purification of enzymes by using different techniques;i.e.,dialysis, ammonium sulphate precipitation and gel filtration. 3- factors affecting microbial lipases activity such as; dispersal agents, temperature, enzyme concentration, PH-value, substrate concentration and defferent types of oils, as well as determination of lipase constants;i.e.Km and Vmax.4- some industerial application possibities for microbial in hydrolysis of olive oil and in detergants.
