Abstract:
The effect of different bage and edible coatings i.e. polyethylene, aluminum foil, alginate film, ice-glaze film and fat film on the physical, chemical and microbiological changes that occurred in beef meat cuts during freezing at -20*C and were further stored at the same temperature up to 180 days.
