This research deals with the spatial analysis of the ATM service in the city of Benha, which leads to the emergence and progress of ATMs in the city, and the analysis of geographical distribution image of the locations of the teller machines in the city of Benha, as well as determining the factors affecting and the development of the service in them, in addition to restriction the characteristics of the ATM, and the characteristics of the beneficiaries of the service in the city of Benha.
