Abstract:
In the present study interest is given to formulate and prepare new formulas that could be used as a calorie- useful for diabetics might be of potential for regulating serum cholesterol and glucose levels considerable interest was given for preparation of bakery products in the from of bread, biscuits and cakes of high levels of protein and having a high dietary fiber content or non-digestable carbohydrate sources. the manufacture, characteristics and composition are described.
