The ultimate purpose of issuing sovereign sukuk in the arab republic of Egypt is to finance in vestment and development projects included in the economic and social development plan to fill the budget de ficit. Sovereing sukuk have proven successful globally and are also very popular ,as they are adopted by more than seventy countries in the world most notable Britain ,Saudi Arabia and the emirates the volume of these sukuk issuances in Egypt so far exceeds (2,7) trillion dollars. Sovereing sukuk represents a promising opportunity for its clients to invest inprojects launcted bw the state ,through the right to benefit from its own assets ,foraperiod of up to thirty years ,inreturn for areturn that axceeds the return of traditional banks and others with the guarantee of these sukuks that the amount paid in them isreturned to the slieent in fullat the end of the term of the instrument, inaddition to that these instruments are in line with the religious motives of many clients who wish to invest in projects based on profit and loss. Sovereign sukuks have shown their efficiency in providing many new methods for obtaining financing, and this multiplicity is due to the types of issues proposed in the public offering (such as musharaka mudaraba tjara and murabaha) issues these methods appeared as analternative to the borrowing method which requires studying the impact of this on the monetary costand economic varialdes to find out how sovereing sukuk contributes to providing the best models for achieving the hoped forrole in achieving economic stability and solving its problems.
