Murabaha, with its legal controls, has an important role in people’s economic life. The Murabaha contract has been developed to become a bank financing formula of a special nature. The research is trying to find a legal formula that meets the needs of financial institutions in the most important elements of their transaction, which is profit. It discusses the possibility of taking into account the problem of price fluctuations when calculating the profit in financing. It is long-term by linking the profit in it to a controlled indicator in which the profit changes with its change, thus achieving satisfaction for both the institution and its customers in terms of not feeling unfair to either of them when prices fluctuate or special emergency conditions occur, and that Murabaha is one of the most important contracts with Islamic banks The research dealt with the issue in the light of a documented scientific approach, in which it focused on the meaning, with deep rootedness and clarity of purpose in the evidence. The objections to it were the opinion of the researcher to support the doctrine of the objectors and to give preference to the strength and relevance of his evidence and the weakness of the evidence of the opponents. As long as this image is forbidden, it is necessary to search for legal alternatives to it, and this is in the form of speculation, peace, term sale, cooperative insurance, and so on.
