A Proposed Framework for Activating the Role of the International Relation Unit and Scholars Care to enhance International Cooperation at Zagazig University In light of some Global Trends of International Cooperation Offices Abstract: The Present Study aims to Develop a Proposed Framework for Activating The Role of The International Relation Unit and Scholars Care to enhance International Cooperation at Zagazig University, in light of some Global Trends of International Cooperation Offices. The Study adopted the Descriptive Approach, in Addition to Conducting Structured Personal Interviews. The Research Proceeded Through Several Steps: The First Step Addressed The General Framework of The Study; The Second Step Presented a Theoretical Framework for International Cooperation in Contemporary Universities; The Third Step Reviewed some Global Trends of International Cooperation Offices, Including The International Relations Office at the University of Delhi in India, the Global Affairs Office at the University of Zurich in Switzerland, the International Engagement Office at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, and the International Cooperation Office at Sultan Qaboos University in the Sultanate of Oman as a model of Arab Universities. The Fourth Step Included Presenting and Analyzing The Current Reality of The Role of The International Relation Unit and Scholars Care at Zagazig University by Reviewing The Efforts Exerted and The Challenges Facing The International Relation Unit and Scholars Care, based on a Number of Personal Interviews Conducted to Collect Information and Data on the Current Status of the Unit. The Fifth Step Presented The Study Results and Proposed a Framework for Activating the Role of The International Relation Unit and Scholars Care to Enhance International Cooperation at Zagazig University in light of some Global Trends of International Cooperation Offices.
