Enhancing the Organizational Prestige of Zagazig University in light of Charismatic Leadership - A Prospective Study Abstract: The present research aims to reach a future vision to enhance the organizational prestige of Zagazig University in light of the charismatic leadership This is achieved through strengthening the university’s organizational identity, improving its organizational reputation, and enhancing its position in global rankings. The research adopted the descriptive approach and employed the Delphi method in its three rounds as one of the techniques of future studies. An expert opinion questionnaire was administered to a sample of twenty (20) educational experts from faculties of education at Egyptian universities, in addition to several experts from the Center for Project Management, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and International Ranking at Zagazig University. To survey the opinions of a number of experts on the proposed vision to enhance the organizational prestige of Zagazig University in light of the charismatic leadership. In light of the theoretical framework addressing charismatic leadership and organizational prestige and the relationship between them within Contemporary Educational Administrative Literature, presenting and analyzing the reality of the dimensions of organizational prestige at Zagazig University and the results of the Delphi rounds, the research developed a future vision to enhance the organizational prestige of Zagazig University in light of the charismatic leadership.
