Abstract: This research aims to create a training program for students with special needs (deaf and hard of hearing) between the ages of 17: 21 years by developing their skills in stereoscopic crochet (amigromi) to implement some stereoscopic shapes This is to establish a project to increase family income And that is by doing training sessions with a number of 36 sessions, at a rate of 3 sessions per week, the duration of the session is one hour per day, in order to be in line with the abilities of people with special needs (the deaf and hard of hearing), using social networks (YouTube), The assessment was carried out by professors specialized in the field Then processing the statistical data, and the study concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the knowledge and skills included in the training program in the pre and post applications in favor of the post application, which indicates the importance of the training program in developing the knowledge side and the skill side to develop their skills in stereoscopic crochet (amigromi). ) and implement it, Model No. 14, which is the bride, obtained the highest quality coefficient of 70.37%, according to the opinions of the arbitrators, with respect to the rest of the models, followed by model No. 20, with a quality factor of 66.67%, while model No. 15 got a rate of 44.44%.
